Inside the Layer Properties section, you can quickly access common actions like place a Smart Object, clip Layers, and open Select & Mask. Controls for changing the blend mode and scrubbing through the history are especially nice to use on the Touch Bar Retina display because of a visual preview of the result.

The Brushes section gives you quick access to brush color, size, hardness, opacity and flow. Each of these commands has a movable slider to pick just the right value.
The Favorites sections allows you to configure your own set of favorite actions. This includes any combination of actions from the previous sections, or other commands like Full screen mode, Flip Horizontal/Vertical, and launching the macOS share menu.

We're still unsure as to how much design professionals will prefer using the MacBook Pro's Touch Bar to standard mouse and keyboard controls here at T3 Towers, however, this added functionality does seem like it has been thought through in terms of ease of accessibility and, well, you'll never know unless you give it a spin.

HP Rumoured to Launch Another Windows Phone Smartphone in 2017

      HP at the MWC in February unveiled the Windows 10-powered Elite X3. The smartphone also supported Windows 10's Continuum feature and was focused for enterprise customers. Despite the mild response to the Elite X3, it looks like HP is planning to launch another Windows phone in 2017. The company is rumoured to have teamed up with Microsoft for the release of a more customer-focused Windows Phone that is likely to launch in February 2017, Phone Arena reports citing its own sources, which confirm earlier reports.        The report states that HP will develop and sell the smartphone wile Microsoft will help with the finance. Government to Push for Activation of RuPay Debit Cards

Delhi government will push for the activation of RuPay Debit cards, linked to Jan Dhan accounts, to help people tide over the cash crisis owing to demonetisation . According to a senior official, the city has around 36 lakh Jan Dhan accounts, out of which 70-80 percent has RuPay cards. "Around 60 percent of those cards are active. We will push for the activation of the rest as people are struggling due to the shortage of cash. People will be made aware of the advantages of cashless transaction," the official said. It is learnt that similar push will be made across the state as part of the Centre's initiative in this regard. Services that can be availed through RuPay cards, are similar to those that can be done through Visa or MasterCard. Although RuPay cards are cheaper to use.
